1. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, refunds will be provided under the following conditions:
- Audios & Digital Content – Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase. Only one item may be refunded per customer. For multiple purchases, the lowest-priced item will be refunded.
- Live Calls / Sessions / Remote Healing – Non-refundable.
- Programmes & Packages (including energy clearings, transmissions, or multi-session work) – Refundable within 3 days from the start of the programme, unless otherwise stated.
All refund requests must be submitted by email within the timeframes outlined above.
2. Delivery
All digital products, including audio recordings and session replays, are delivered via secure online access or download links.
If you experience any issues receiving your content, an alternative access link will be provided within 3 days.
