Healing Grief & Heartbreak
A gentle emotional and ancestral clearing to support the grief, loss and heartbreak that may still be held within you.
In February, we’ll gather for a powerful clearing call on the theme:
“Healing Grief & Heartbreak.”
Grief does not always arrive in one obvious form.
Sometimes it follows the death of someone we love. Sometimes it comes through the ending of a relationship or friendship, a separation or estrangement, the loss of a home, a role, a dream, a pregnancy, a hoped-for future, or a chapter of life we were not ready to leave.
And sometimes grief has been carried for so long that we no longer recognise it as grief.
We simply know that something still hurts.
There is no timetable for grief, and this session is not about asking you to forget, to ‘get over it’, or to stop loving what mattered.
It is about gently working with some of what may have become held around the loss — the pain, protection, guilt, regret, fear, responsibility, unfinished emotion and inherited patterns that can make it harder for the heart to soften around what has happened.
We cannot change what happened or erase who or what has been lost.
But we can create space for the relationship with that loss to begin to change.
You do not have to keep carrying the pain in order to honour the love.
Do You Ever Feel Like This?
- A loss from the past can still feel surprisingly close
- Memories, dates, places, music or seemingly small things can suddenly bring the pain back
- Part of you still feels as though it is waiting for someone or something that has gone
- You carry guilt, regret, responsibility or thoughts about what you should have done differently
- There are things you wish you had said, heard or had the chance to resolve
- You feel you should be ‘further on’ by now, even though part of you is still hurting
- You find it difficult to let yourself feel happy, hopeful or fully alive after a loss
- You worry that moving forward might mean leaving someone, something, or an important part of your life behind
- You protect your heart because loving deeply has also meant hurting deeply
- You are carrying a form of grief that other people may not recognise or understand
- You know intellectually that something has ended, but emotionally it still feels unfinished
If this resonates, this 60-minute clearing session will gently explore the emotional, subconscious and ancestral patterns that may be held around grief, loss and heartbreak. Together, we will create space around what has happened — not by erasing the love or significance of what was lost, but by helping to release some of the pain, protection and unfinished emotion that may still be carried with it.
How This Healing Session Works at the Root
This session works at the deeper emotional, subconscious and ancestral levels of grief and heartbreak — gently exploring what may have become held around loss, separation, endings and the fear of experiencing that pain again.
As Amanda clears the emotional and ancestral imprints connected to grief, loss and heartbreak, your system can begin to:
- Release guilt, regret or responsibility that no longer needs to be carried
- Soften protective patterns that may have formed around the heart
- Allow unfinished emotions to be acknowledged and gently processed
- Feel less bound to the idea that pain is necessary in order to remember or honour
- Release pressure about how grief ‘should’ look or how long it should last
- Feel safer allowing moments of happiness, connection and hope
- Begin to separate love and remembrance from the intensity of pain
- Create more space to live in the present while still honouring what has mattered
This is not about removing grief or asking you to stop caring.
It is about gently clearing what may have become attached to the grief — so that love, memory and meaning do not have to be carried only through pain.
Beliefs & Patterns We’ll Clear
During this session, Amanda will be clearing patterns such as:
- “If I let go of the pain, I am letting go of them.”
- “It isn’t safe to love because I could lose again.”
- “I should have done more.”
- “I should be over this by now.”
- “I cannot move forward without leaving something behind.”
- “Part of me is still waiting.”
- “I need to hold onto this grief to honour what mattered.”
- “I cannot allow myself to be happy after what happened.”
- “My heart needs protecting.”
- “If I open my heart again, I may be hurt again.”
- “I don’t know who I am without what I lost.”
These patterns can arise through personal experiences of bereavement, separation, rejection, estrangement, disappointment or change. They may also be influenced by family conditioning and ancestral experiences in which grief could not be expressed, losses were not acknowledged, or people simply had to carry on.
As these patterns begin to clear, there can be greater space around what has happened — allowing the heart to remember, love and honour without needing to remain as tightly connected to the pain.

What This Clearing Supports
- Creating more space around grief, loss and heartbreak
- Releasing guilt, regret and unnecessary responsibility
- Softening emotional protection around the heart
- Acknowledging grief that may previously have been hidden, minimised or unrecognised
- Feeling less pressure to grieve in a particular way or within a particular timeframe
- Allowing love and remembrance to exist without pain having to carry all of the meaning
- Feeling safer opening to connection, hope and life again
- Honouring what has been lost while creating space for what is still here
During the session, you may experience:
- A sense of emotional release or softening
- Greater awareness of what you have been carrying around a particular loss
- Less guilt or responsibility connected with the past
- A gentler relationship with memories or reminders
- More permission to experience happiness without feeling that it diminishes what was lost
- A feeling of greater space within yourself
- A sense that moving forward does not have to mean forgetting or leaving love behind
Every experience of grief is deeply personal. The intention of this work is not to prescribe how you should feel afterwards, but to create space for whatever your system is ready to release, soften or understand differently.
What People May Notice After This Call
Every person’s experience is unique, but you may begin to notice:
- Memories feeling a little less emotionally overwhelming
- Less pressure to avoid particular feelings, places, dates or reminders
- A greater ability to remember without immediately being pulled back into the intensity of the loss
- Guilt, regret or ‘what if’ thinking beginning to loosen
- More compassion for the way you have grieved and coped
- Feeling safer allowing moments of enjoyment, connection or hope
- A growing sense that love can remain even as the pain begins to change
There is no single destination with grief. Sometimes the shift is not that we stop missing someone or something, but that the loss occupies a different place within us — one with a little more room to breathe.

Clearing Ancestral Patterns Around Grief & Loss
Grief does not only belong to the individual.
Within families and ancestral lines there may have been bereavements, separations, displacement, pregnancy loss, estrangement, abandonment, war, hardship and other losses that could not be fully acknowledged or processed.
Some generations were taught to stay strong, keep going and not speak about what hurt. In other families, grief may have become intertwined with loyalty, remembrance, responsibility or the belief that moving forward meant leaving someone behind.
This session will support the clearing of ancestral and family patterns around grief, loss, separation and heartbreak that may still be influencing how safe it feels to grieve, love, remember and move forward.
By gently releasing what does not need to continue through the family line, there can be greater freedom to honour those who came before you — and what you yourself have loved and lost — without needing to carry all of the pain forward.
The love does not have to disappear for the burden to become lighter.
