December 2025 End of Month Call Clearing Replay

MONTHLY CALL CLEARING:

In December, Amanda hosted a deeply grounding end-of-month clearing call designed to gently complete the year and release what no longer needed to be carried forward.

This session focused on clearing accumulated survival energy, family imprints, people-pleasing patterns, emotional exhaustion, and the deep fatigue that can arise when a system has been “holding it all together” for too long. Particular attention was given to releasing self-blame, misplaced responsibility, old family dynamics, and the belief that worth, safety, or security must come through constant effort or doing.

There were also clearings around boundaries, feeling unheard or unsupported, disconnection from self, and the subtle grief that can surface at year’s end — including grief for endings, unmet needs, or versions of life that quietly fell away.

December can amplify old emotional patterns, especially those formed in childhood or carried through the ancestral line. This call worked gently at those deeper levels, helping the nervous system settle, restoring a sense of steadiness, and allowing ease, clarity, and self-respect to return.
